Warranty
All
products that we supply are covered by a warranty in accordance with
manufacture specifications. If you have an item that you believe to
be faulty due to a material or structural defect and is within the
warranty period please contact us by emailing:

or call 07 32668133. We will require the following information:

Your name and contact information.
- Invoice number from the
original purchase invoice.
- Part number and description of the
item.
- Description of the fault.
- Clear photographs of
the item showing the fault (where possible).
We may
request further information from you to clarify any questions that we
may have.
Once we have determined that the item in
question is faulty within the manufacturers specifications we will
contact you directly to arrange replacement or credit.
Please
note that:
- We do not offer warranty on items that have
failed due to or arising from fair wear and tear, modification,
abnormal working conditions, negligence, incorrect installation,
misuse, wilful damage or lack of maintenance.
- We do not offer
warranty on items that were not supplied by us.
- No
warranty is offered or implied on items purchased and fitted to
non-road going vehicles or equipment or to vehicles used for racing.
- Under no circumstances will we accept liability for
consequential loss or damage or pay for any repairs or alterations
due to a warranty claim.

Returns
Before returning any items please contact us by emailing
parts@mickmotors.com.au
or call 07 32668133 to obtain a return authorisation. Items returned
without the purchaser first making contact will not be refunded or
replaced.
Please note that:
- The original invoice must accompany all returns or no refund
will be given.
- Cost of returning any correctly supplied items will be met by
the customer.
- Cost of freight is not refundable.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items that were
correctly supplied.
- If the purchaser believes that any of the supplied goods are
defective, of an unsatisfactory quality or incorrectly supplied the
purchaser should immediately contact Mick Motors Pty Ltd to discuss
the issue by phoning 07 32668133 or by emailing:
parts@mickmotors.com.au
- All returned goods must be returned in as-new condition, must
not have been fitted and must be complete with any accessories and
packaging. Returned goods will be inspected and evaluated by Mick
Motors Pty Ltd before a refund will be given. Any goods that have
been modified or altered (including painting) by the purchaser will
not be refunded.
- Refunds will not be issued after 30 days from invoice date.
- Refunds will not be issued on any electrical items, tools and
second hand parts unless faulty.
- Cost of returning Core items to Mick Motors Pty Ltd is the
responsibility of the purchaser.
- Special order items are not able to be returned unless faulty.
